Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation, and Waitlist Policies 📅 Booking Policy All coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance through the online booking system. Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. You will receive a confirmation email with session details and a reminder 24 hours before your session. ❌ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are non-refundable. If you miss a session without notice (no-show), it is forfeited and non-refundable. You may reschedule your session if proper notice is given, subject to availability. One emergency exception is allowed per client, where a last-minute cancellation can be rescheduled without penalty. This must be communicated as soon as possible. ⏳ Waitlist Policy If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you may join the waitlist. When a spot opens, waitlisted clients will be notified in order of request. Once notified, you will have 12 hours to confirm before the spot is offered to the next person.
